基于反向聚类法的公铁分离桥吊装施工安全风险因素评价

本文以公铁分离桥吊装施工为例,基于反向聚类法分别从五个方面选取二十六项典型风险因素,对公铁分离桥吊装施工安全风险因素进行评价.结果表明,秩效应最大风险因素为违章操作,其值为41.56,是影响桥梁吊装施工安全风险主要因素;对桥梁吊装施工影响程度最低的是吊装安全警示标识不明显,其值为 11.11.对桥梁吊装施工安全风险影响程度较高因素为第一类与第二类分析,人员、现场管理、技术方案等为影响梁桥吊装施工关键因素;低于平均水平的风险因素为第四类、第五类,主要包括环境、设备等因素.结合分析,提出桥梁吊装施工安全管理措施,包括吊机支腿作业安全管理、装吊工安全管理、施工现场联系安全管理、现场防护人员安全管理.
Evaluation on Safety Risk Factors for Hoisting Construction of Highway Railway Separation Bridge Based on Reverse Clustering Method
This article takes the lifting construction of the highway railway separation bridge as an example,and uses reverse clustering method to select 26 typical risk factors from five aspects.The safety risk factors of the lifting construction of the highway railway separation bridge are evaluated.The results show that the risk factor with the highest rank effect is illegal operation,with a value of 41.56,which is the main risk factor affecting the safety risk of the bridge lifting construction;the lowest impact on bridge hoisting construction is that the hoisting safety warning signs are not clearly managed on site,with a value of 11.11.The factors that have a high degree of impact on the safety risks of bridge hoisting construction are analyzed in the first and second categories,with personnel,on-site management,technical solutions,and other key factors affecting the construction of bridge hoisting.The risk factors below the average level are classified into the fourth and fifth categories,mainly including factors such as environment and equipment.Based on analysis,safety management measures are proposed for bridge hoisting construction,including safety management for crane leg operations,safety management for crane operators,safety management for construction site contact,and safety management for on-site protective personnel.
