西安地铁4 号线西安站是西安市第一个先隧后站工程,也是极其少见的需要对运营中的地铁隧道进行开洞改造的工程.为了降低黄土地区地铁隧道不停运状态下的隧道侧壁开洞及开挖风险,保障地铁安全运营,对黄土地区地铁运营隧道侧壁开洞及支洞开挖风险控制技术进行研究.结果表明:在运营隧道侧壁开洞接口处预留暗梁,采用WSS全断面注浆工艺保障支洞开挖的围岩稳定以及采取静态切割、分块切割、夜间停运期切割的施工方式进行侧壁开洞,并辅以对运营隧道隔离防护等可靠措施后,根据现场监测数据反馈,地铁运营隧道各项监测指标均未超出预警值,表明在不中断运营的情况下,地铁隧道侧壁开洞及支洞开挖施工能够保证地铁运营安全.
Research on Risk Control Technology for Side Wall Opening and Excavation of Subway Operating Tunnels in Loess Regions
The Xi'an Station of Xi'an Metro Line 4 is the first"tunnel before station"project in Xi'an,and it is also an extremely rare project that requires the opening and renovation of subway tunnels in operation.In order to reduce the risk of side wall opening and excavation of subway tunnels in the loess region without shutdown,and ensure the safe operation of the subway,the risk control technology for side wall excavation and branch tunnel excavation of subway operation tunnels in the loess region was studied.The results indicate that a hidden beam is reserved at the opening interface of the side wall of the operating tunnel,and the WSS full section grouting technology is used to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock during the excavation of the support tunnel.Cutting statically and piecemeally in stopping operations,and supplemented reliable measures such as isolation and protection of the operating tunnel are used for side wall opening.Based on on-site monitoring data feedback,all monitoring indicators of the subway operating tunnel have not exceeded the warning value.It indicates that the excavation and construction of side walls and branch tunnels of subway tunnels can ensure the safety of subway operations without interrupting operations.
