摘要

二次衬砌施工是地下工程建设关键性工序,普遍采用衬砌台车施工.但随着地下工程种类的增加,出现了各种不同类型的衬砌结构,如变断面小曲线半径隧道衬砌,此类衬砌采用传统衬砌台车无法满足目前的施工需求,需进行专题研究.本文主要从衬砌台车高度调节装置、宽度调节装置和曲线段台车设计等方面展开研究,成功解决了变断面小曲线半径隧道衬砌施工的安全、质量、工期、环保、成本等一系列难题.经大量工程实践证明,已形成的施工工艺日趋成熟和完善,对于保障变断面小曲线半径隧道衬砌的质量稳定与控制具有显著效果,可为后续同类型隧道衬砌施工提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

Secondary lining construction is a crucial process in underground engineering construction,and lining trolleys are commonly used for construction.However,with the increase of underground engineering types,various types of lining structures have emerged,such as variable cross-section small curved radius tunnel lining.Traditional lining trolleys cannot meet the current construction needs,and special research is needed.This technical research mainly focuses on the height adjustment device and width adjustment device of the lining trolley,as well as the design of the curved section trolley.It has successfully solved a series of problems such as safety,quality,construction period,environmental protection,and cost of the lining of small curved radius tunnels with variable cross-sections.Through a large amount of engineering practice,it has been proven that the formed construction technology is becoming increasingly mature and perfect,which has a significant effect on ensuring the quality stability and control of the lining of small curved radius tunnels with variable cross-sections.It can provide reference and guidance for subsequent tunnel lining construction of the same type.
