隧道特殊结构二次衬砌支架法施工技术研究

伴随地下工程类型越来越广泛,出现了许多新型断面结构,其中大断面衬砌结构由于长度较短、数量较少,采用衬砌台车施工成本较高,需进行专题研究.本研究主要通过研发一种支撑体系架体,实现大断面隧道内超高端墙和相邻正洞衬砌同时施工,通过侧向受力抵消正面受力的方法实现一次性浇筑超高端墙,成功解决了在大断面隧道内浇筑超高端墙时的安全、质量、工期、环保、成本等一系列难题.经大量工程实践表明,已形成的施工工艺日趋成熟和完善,对于保障大断面隧道超高端墙衬砌的质量稳定与控制具有显著效果,可为后续同类型隧道超高端墙衬砌施工提供参考和借鉴.
Research on Secondary Lining Bracket Technology for Special Tunnel Structure
With the more and more extensive use of underground engineering types,many section structures have emerged.Among them,large section lining structure has short length and small number,and the construction cost of lining trolley is high,so special research is needed to be carried out.This research mainly through the development of a support system frame to realize simultaneous construction of super high-end wall and the adjacent main tunnel lining construction in large-section tunnels.By using the lateral force to offset positive force,one-time pouring of super high-end walls is realized,which successfully solves a series of difficulties in safety,quality,construction period,environmental protection and cost when pouring super high-end walls in large-section tunnels.After a lot of engineering practice,it has proved that the formed construction technology is increasingly mature and perfect,and has a significant effect on ensuring the quality stability and control of super high-end wall lining.It can provide reference for the subsequent construction of super high-end wall lining of similar types of tunnels.
