现阶段,铁路四电工程在建设中具有建设周期短、投资金额大、建设要求高、施工难度大、站线延续长等显著特点,这使得施工成本管控成为铁路施工企业关注的焦点.由于铁路四电工程对机械设备依赖较少,因此成本管控的重心在于人员和物资的管理,需进一步优化责任成本和管理流程,提高施工过程管理水平,推动铁路四电工程施工成本管理的标准化、责任化和系统化,以达到提质增效、降低成本的效果,为施工企业提供坚实的创效保障.
Abstract
In the current construction of railway four electrical engineering,there are significant characteristics such as short construction cycle,large amount of investment,high construction requirements,high construction difficulties,and long extension of station lines,this makes the management and control of construction cost become the focus of railway construction enterprises.As the railway four electrical engineering relies less on mechanical equipment,so the focus of cost control is the management of personnel and materials.It is necessary to further optimize the responsibility cost and management process,improve the management level of the construction process,and promote the standardization,responsibility and systematization of the construction cost management of railway four electrical engineering,with a view to achieving the effects of improving quality and efficiency,reducing costs,and providing a solid guarantee for construction enterprises to create profits.
