公共建筑超大金属屋面防水体系优化研究

摘要
为有效降低建设投资、提高公共建筑金属屋面防水施工质量,结合工程实例,分析金属屋面防水体系不同材料的性能和经济造价.针对金属屋面设计特点,对某超大金属屋面工程防水体系材料选择和特殊部位构造层优化进行研究.分析超大金属屋面容易发生渗漏的部位,并详细阐述金属屋面TPO防水卷材施工工艺流程,针对天沟、天窗以及直立锁边支座等细部节点的防水做法进行深入研究,有效保证了金属屋面防水系统的稳定可靠,研究成果可为类似工程施工提供有益参考.
Abstract
In order to effectively reduce construction investment and improve the quality of metal roof waterproofing construction in public buildings,the performance and economic cost of different materials of metal roof waterproofing system were analyzed based on engineering examples.In view of the design characteristics of metal roof,the selection of waterproofing system materials and optimization of special structural layers in an oversized metal roof project are discussed.This paper analyzed the parts of oversized metal roof that are prone to leakage,and elaborated on the construction process of TPO waterproofing membrane for metal roof.In depth research is conducted on the waterproofing methods for detailed nodes such as gutters,skylights,and vertical lockedge supports,which effectively ensures the stability and reliability of the waterproof system for metal roof,and provides useful references for similar engineering construction.
