PHC管桩施工过程监测设备硬件系统研究

为解决PHC管桩施工过程中产生的振动监测问题,以万环西路南延线(十六涌半至海堤段)工程软土地基处理项目为研究背景,设计研发振动加速度的电源模块、MCU控制模块、加速度采集模块和无线模块,采用ST公司的STM32CubeMX和Keil5 MDK软件完成PCB板,并制作硬件实体应用于实际软基处理工程,实现PHC管桩施工过程中桩体自身、土体以及周边建筑物的振动数据采集、无线传输和存储.结果表明,所研发的硬件系统具有精度高、易集成、低成本、无线传输的优点,可获得高信噪比的振动加速度时程曲线,为评估施工振动产生的扰动提供丰富信息,研发设备可面向工程施工振动问题和结构振动监测,具有广泛的应用前景.
Research on Hardware System of Monitoring Equipment for PHC Pile Construction
In order to solve the vibration monitoring problem generated during the construction of PHC piles,based on the background of the soft clay treatment project in the South Extension of Wanhuan West Road(Sixteen Chong Half to Haidi Section),the power module,MCU control module,acceleration acquisition module,and wireless module for vibration acceleration are designed and developed.STM32CubeMX and Keil5 MDK software from ST company are used to complete the PCB board,and hardware is made and applied to actual soft soft clay treatment projects,achieving vibration data collection,wireless transmission,and storage of the pile body,soil,and surrounding buildings during the construction of PHC piles.It turned out that the developed hardware system has the advantages of high-precision,easy integration,low cost,and wireless transmission.It can obtain a high signal-to-noise ratio vibration acceleration time history curve,providing rich information for evaluating the disturbance caused by construction.The developed equipment can be used for engineering construction vibration problems and structural vibration monitoring,and has broad application prospects.
