长大隧道钻爆法施工通风及粉尘扩散研究

以杭温高铁里齐隧道为研究对象,对长大隧道钻爆法施工通风条件差、粉尘大的问题进行了研究.研究发现:大断面施工所产生的粉尘难以快速排出,位于隧道沿程的各监测点所监测数据均表明粉尘浓度在达到一定峰值后下降缓慢.提出了在建隧道污风除尘脱硫脱氮处理装置(获专利)进行空气净化,隧道接力风箱装置(获专利)增加洞内风量的通风系统优化方案,并对初衬台车前的大范围工作区域进行粉尘扩散规律分析与现场实测验证.结果表明:(1)经过模拟及现场实施安装后实测验证了方案的可行性;(2)此方案加速了隧道内工作区域风流的流速,一定程度上削弱了掌子面附近的大范围涡流;(3)使含尘气体加速向洞外运移,在运移效率上经模拟发现提升37.5%.
Research on Ventilation and Dust Diffusion During Construction of Long Tunnel by Drilling and Blasting Method
This article took the Liqi Tunnel of the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway as the research object,and studied the problems of poor ventilation conditions and high dust during the construction of long tunnels using drilling and blasting methods.Research has found that the dust generated by large-scale construction is difficult to be quickly discharged,and the monitoring data at various monitoring points along the tunnel indicate that the dust concentration decreases slowly after reaching a certain peak.A ventilation system optimization scheme was proposed for air purification using an under construction tunnel sewage wind dust removal,desulfurization,and denitrification treatment device(patented)and a tunnel relay wind box device(patented)to increase the air volume inside the tunnel.The dust diffusion law was analyzed and verified on-site in the large working area in front of the initial lining platform.The results indicate that:(1)the feasibility of the scheme has been verified through simulation and on-site installation testing;(2)this scheme accelerates the flow velocity of wind in the working area of the tunnel and to some extent weakens the large-scale eddy currents near the tunnel surface;(3)this scheme accelerates the migration of dusty gas towards the outside of the tunnel,and the simulation shows a 37.5%increase in migration efficiency.
