长距离密集开孔集水廊道预制模具研究与应用

石家庄市主城区应急水源工程(地表水)长距离密集开孔集水廊道总长3 633 m,采用预制薄壁钢筋混凝土结构,四周侧壁集水孔采用内大外小的圆形孔,开孔率多达 10%.在密集开孔集水廊道预制施工中存在吊装交叉作业多、内模频繁组装拆除、集水孔成孔困难、工期紧任务重等难题,提出了一种立模浇筑施工快速安拆预制模具,重点分析阐述了滑移侧模、整体安拆内模、集水孔成孔模具及拆除工具设计方案及关键技术.通过项目应用效果分析,表明预制模具设计合理、安全高效,很好解决了长距离密集开孔集水廊道预制难题,以期为类似结构施工提供借鉴.
Research and Application of Prefabrication Molds for Long-Distance Dense Perforated Collecting Water Box Culverts
The long-distance dense perforated collecting water box culverts of emergency water source project(surface water)in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang has a total length of 3 633 m.This structure adopts prefabricated thin-wall reinforced concrete structure,and the water collection holes on the four sides of the wall are large inside and small outside,and the opening rate is as high as 10%.In the precast construction of dense perforated collecting water box culverts,there are many problems such as multiple cross-hoisting operations,frequent assembly and removal of internal molds,difficult hole formation,tight construction period and heavy tasks.In this paper,a kind of fast installation and dismantling prefabricated mold for the vertical mold pouring construction is proposed,and the design scheme and key technology of sliding side mold,integral installation and dismantling inner mold,water collection hole forming mold and dismantling tool are analyzed.Through the application effect analysis of the project,it shows that the design of the prefabricated mold is reasonable,safe and efficient,and it effectively solved the problem of prefabrication of the long-distance dense perforated collecting water box culverts,which is expected to provide reference for the construction of similar structures.
