Design and Application of Self-Propelled Underwater Pipe Pile Mobile Construction Platform
When constructing temporary pier foundations for the bridge across rivers using the pushing method,steel platforms or island building techniques are often used as auxiliary methods.This method has a long construction period,high cost,and a significant impact on river traffic and flood discharge capacity.After construction is completed,the amount of restoration work is large,which does not meet environmental requirements and has application limitations.Based on the construction of temporary support pier foundation for the push of Xuefu Road East Extension Bridge over Taiping River,a new technology of using floating box joint assembly water mobile construction platform for underwater pipe pile construction is proposed.This article adopts a standardized and simplified analysis method to calculate and analyze the anti-overturning capability,lifting gantry strength,stability,and stiffness of the floating box mobile platform for underwater pipe pile construction,indicating that it meets safety and usage requirements.Moreover,it introduces the assembly and installation technology of a self-propelled mobile construction platform for underwater pipe piles,as well as the testing of the bearing capacity of underwater pipe pile foundations based on this platform.A new construction method suitable for underwater pipe pile construction has been developed in this article.Through engineering applications,it has been proven that this method has advantages such as short construction period,safety and economy,environmental protection and energy conservation,and has promotion and application value.
