基于隧、轨、网的接触网参数计算及施工技术研究

为解决城市轨道交通接触网参数测量及施工受限于站前铺轨进度,接触网无轨测量施工技术应运而生,目前应用的无轨测量技术因需要使用全站仪进行现场设站放样,遇到隧内能见度较差,无法满足全站仪设站测量环境要求,现有无轨测量技术无法应用.本技术为克服现有无轨测量技术存在的弊端,结合盾构隧道断面施工质量保证率较高的基础,基于盾构隧道断面、轨道、接触网专业间的设计相对位置关系,建立CAD平面模型推导接触网悬挂装置参数,计算附加水平偏移量、数值偏移量、悬挂点偏移线路中心值,最终计算得出吊柱生产长度、安装整正角度等数据,实现接触网先轨安装施工.本技术在武汉19 号线后通段的成功应用,进一步验证了技术的适用性和先进性.
Research on Calculation of Contact Network Parameters and Construction Techniques Based on Tunnels,Tracks,and the Networks
In order to solve the problem that the parameter measurement and construction of the urban rail transit catenary are limited by the schedule of laying track in front of the station,the trackless measurement technology of the catenary comes into being.The currently applied trackless measurement technology requires the use of a total station for on-site station setting and layout.Therefore,when encountering poor visibility in tunnels that fails to meet the environmental requirements for total station setting and measurement,this technology cannot be applied.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing trackless measurement technology,based on the high quality assurance rate of shield tunnel section construction,as well as the design relative position relation among the shield tunnel section,track and catenary specialty,the CAD plane model is established to deduce the catenary suspension device parameters,calculate the additional horizontal offset,numerical offset,suspension point offset line center value,and finally obtain the production length of hanger column,realignment angle for installation,and other data.The successful application of this technology in the back section of the Wuhan Metro Line 19 project further verifies the applicability and advancement of the technology.
