Lateral Origination Technology and Innovation for Shield Transverse Channel Translation in Narrow Spaces
In order to solve the problem of insufficient space in bustling urban areas to meet the starting conditions of the main line for shield tunneling,or the high construction costs required to meet the starting conditions of the shield main line,this paper takes the section 02 of the south extension project of the Beijing Subway Changping Line as the background,researches and analyzes several lateral construction techniques of shield starting by transverse channel translation in the narrow space,and compares the characteristics of the different lateral starting programs in the actual project.A set of new shield lateral starting construction technology(patented)is innovatively proposed and successfully applied.This technology solves the technical problem that the shield starting surface is not perpendicular to the main line caused by the diagonal opening of the translating cross channel by means of special shaped steel sleeve;and ensures the balanced cutting of the shield machine starting by researching the filler formulation technology in the starting steel sleeve,solves a series of construction problems in the high-density urban construction area due to the land tension and high construction cost,and provides a new idea and a new direction for the shield starting construction in modernized cities.
