粉质黏土地层泥水盾构施工过程中,确定合理的开挖面稳定控制措施对于安全掘进至关重要.以豫机城际铁路盾构隧道为背景,针对粉质黏土地层中开挖面稳定的主要难题,从切口压力、泥浆指标、掘进管理三个角度,提出了开挖面稳定综合管理措施.在切口压力方面,提出了切口压力的上、下限值,以及切口压力的控制措施;在泥浆指标方面,给出了泥浆参数的控制标准和施工控制措施,保证开挖面成膜质量;在掘进管理方面,通过控制掘进速度减小切口压力波动幅度,并结合泥饼防治措施减少掘进对开挖面的扰动.该研究成功应用于工程实践,可为同类工程提供参考.
Study on Stability Control Technology of Slurry Shield Excavation Face in Silty Clay Stratum
In the process of slurry shield construction in silty clay stratum,it is very important to determine reasonable stability control measures of excavation face for safe tunneling.Taking the shield tunnel of Yu-Ji intercity railway as the background,aiming at the main problems of excavation face stability in silty clay stratum,the comprehensive management measures of excavation face stability are put forward from three aspects:incision pressure,mud index and tunneling management.In the aspect of incision pressure,the upper and lower limits of incision pressure and the control measures of incision pressure are put forward.In terms of mud index,the control standard and construction control measures of mud parameters are given to ensure the film forming quality of excavation face.In the aspect of excavation management,the fluctuation range of incision pressure is reduced by controlling the excavation speed,and the disturbance of excavation to the excavation surface is reduced by combining the mud cake prevention measures.The research has been successfully applied to engineering practice,which can provide reference for similar projects.
