富水砾质黏土区大断面隧道超前管幕施工技术

结合深圳坂雪岗科技城片区大断面隧道的地质条件和隧道结构形式,首先分析了超前管幕支护技术的优点,提出了其主要工艺流程、施工关键参数、施工测量方法及纠偏方法,并总结了管幕法施工的关键技术.其次,提出了台阶法开挖隧道的主要工艺流程,并通过施工过程中隧道变形监测结果的分析,验证了施工方案的合理性.该工程的实践证明,采用超前管幕支护和台阶法进行隧道开挖,其施工周期较采用常规施工方法缩短了 3 个月,确保了该大断面隧道的安全施工,取得了良好的社会和经济效益.
Construction Technology of Advanced Pipe Curtain for Large Cross-Section Tunnel in Rich Water Gravel Clay Stratum
This article combines the geological conditions and structural form of the large cross-section tunnel in the area of Banxuegang Science and Technology City of Shenzhen.Firstly,the advantages of pipe curtain pre-support technology are analyzed,and its main process flow,key construction parameters,construction measurement methods,and correction methods are proposed.Additionally,the key technologies of pipe curtain construction are summarized.Secondly,the main process of excavating tunnel by bench methods is advised,and the rationality of the construction plan is verified through the analysis of tunnel deformation monitoring results during the construction process.The practice of this project shows that the technologies of pipe curtain pre-support and bench methods for tunnel excavation have shortened the construction period by 3 months compared to conventional construction methods,which ensures the safe construction of the large cross-section tunnel,and achieves good social and economic benefits.
