复杂地质条件下超深地下连续墙成槽技术研究

超深地下连续墙的成槽在穿越不良工程地质时,存在成槽质量差、成槽效率低、成槽成本高等特点,对后期的基坑开挖及稳定性、主体结构质量均有重要影响.本文针对北京轨道交通28 号线东大桥站复杂地质条件下地下连续墙的施工,确定了高效成槽设备,提出了精确控制槽壁垂直度的技术措施,总结了成槽设备组合作业的管理措施,解决了施工中存在的复杂地质条件下不能快速成槽、槽壁垂直度精确度低、施工安全风险高等系列难题.
Research on Trenching Technology for Ultra-Deep Diaphragm Wall Under Complex Geological Conditions
The trenching of ultra-deep diaphragm wall has the characteristics of poor trenching quality,low trenching efficiency and high trenching cost when crossing bad engineering geology.It has a significant impact on the later excavation and stability of the foundation pit,as well as the quality of the main structure.This paper focuses on the construction of underground continuous wall under complex geological conditions in Dongdaqiao Station of Beijing Subway Line 28.The high-efficiency trenching equipment has been determined,and the technical measures for accurately controlling the verticality of the trench wall have been proposed.Management measures for the combined operation of the trenching equipment have been summarized.It solves a series of problems existing in the construction,such as not being able to form grooves quickly under complex geological conditions,low accuracy of groove wall verticality,and high construction safety risks.
