Basic Characteristics and Preventive Measures of Rock Heap at the Entrance of Daqianshiling Tunnel
Due to the development of cracks and poor stability in loose rock formations,it is prone to occur collapse accidents when the tunnel passes beneath rock formations.Therefore,this article analyzed the basic characteristics of rock heaps from the aspects of rock heap topography,engineering geological conditions,and rock heap stability under the background of the Daqianshiling Tunnel entrance passing beneath rock heap engineering.Based on the principle of overall improvement followed by local improvement,a joint treatment plan of"rock heap reinforcement+tunnel reinforcement"was proposed.The rationality of the rock heap treatment plan was evaluated through on-site monitoring of the deformation and deformation rate of the tunnel surrounding rock,as well as the stress state of the tunnel structure.Research has shown that the entrance section of the tunnel is composed of loose landslide layers,and considering the disturbance of tunnel excavation on the rock mass,it is difficult to ensure the safety of tunnel construction;during the tunnel construction process,the deformation of the surrounding rock and the stress on the steel arch first rapidly increase,then the growth rate slows down,and finally stabilizes,indicating that the proposed joint treatment plan of"rock heap reinforcement+tunnel reinforcement"is reasonable and scientific.
