建筑智能化和绿色化建造中BIM技术的应用研究

随着信息技术的飞速发展和全球可持续发展的迫切需求,建筑行业正经历从传统建造模式向智能化、绿色化转型的深刻变革.以某文化中心项目为例,分析BIM技术在建筑智能化和绿色化建造中的具体应用,结果表明:通过BIM信息协同平台和BIM模拟技术,能够提高各专业设计人员沟通效率,深化项目中的复杂节点以及施工场地布置方案,降低设计和施工难度,确保项目设计与施工方案的可行性;利用BIM软件的碰撞检测功能,能够优化机电管线的综合排布,减少后续返工次数,提高机电工程质量和效率;通过BIM软件进行参数化设计,添加构件几何信息和材质属性,能够快速准确计算出工程量;通过BIM技术对文化中心建筑能耗进行分析,调整建筑设计方案,减少能耗并提升能效;通过BIM技术能够模拟施工过程,结合时间和成本信息,预测不同阶段的材料需求量和设备使用频率,合理安排材料采购和设备租赁,减少闲置和浪费,找到成本效益最高的方案,实现文化中心的智能化与绿色化建设.
Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Intelligent and Green Building Construction
With the rapid development of information technology and the urgent need for global sustainable development,the construction industry is undergoing a profound transformation from traditional construction mode to intelligent and green transformation.Taking a cultural center project as an example,this paper analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in the intelligent and green construction of buildings,and the results show that the communication efficiency of various professional designers can be improved through the BIM information collaboration platform and BIM simulation technology,the complex nodes in the project and the layout scheme of the construction site can be deepened,the difficulty of design and construction can be reduced,and the feasibility of project design and construction plan can be ensured.The collision detection function of BIM software can optimize the comprehensive layout of electromechanical pipelines,reduce the number of subsequent rework,and improve the quality and efficiency of electromechanical engineering.Parametric design is carried out through BIM software,and the geometric information and material properties of components are added,which can quickly and accurately calculate the engineering quantity;Through BIM technology,the energy consumption of the cultural center building is analyzed,and the building design scheme is adjusted to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.Through BIM technology,the construction process can be simulated,and combined with time and cost information,the most cost-effective solution can be found to realize the intelligent and green construction of the cultural center by predicting the material demand and equipment use frequency at different stages,reasonably arranging material procurement and equipment leasing,and reducing idle and waste.
