铁路客站装配式混凝土雨棚建造技术提升研究

装配式混凝土雨棚应用过程中存在计算模式适用性不足、灌浆套筒连接容差小、柱身同截面对接易错台、屋面中板超宽超重、搭盖式防水基层结构易碰撞破损、抗温度变形能力弱等问题,通过分析研究提出了"限位弹性简支"新型计算模式、垂轨梁与雨棚柱构件间梁底拆分、波纹孔后插钢筋灌浆锚固连接、顺轨单梁双柱雨棚装配式屋面中板三块拼接、扣盖式屋面跨间防水保护设计,以及精准定位吊装等技术并实施应用.应用效果良好,全面提升了装配式混凝土雨棚构件生产及吊装效率,提高了吊装质量.
Technology Improvement Research of Construction of Prefabricated Concrete Canopy in Railway Passenger Station
There are some problems in the application process of prefabricated concrete canopy,such as insufficient applicability of calculation model,small tolerance of grouting sleeve connection,easy misalignment of column body,excessively wide and overweight of roof middle plate,easy collision damage of buckle cover waterproof base structure,and weak resistance to temperature deformation.Through analysis and research,a new calculation model of'limited elastic simple support',the beam bottom splitting between the vertical rail beam and the canopy column members,the corrugated hole back inserted steel grouting anchorage connection,splicing three pieces of the middle plate of the prefabricated roof of the single beam and double column canopy along the rail,roof span and span buckle cover waterproof protection design,as well as precise positioning and hoisting technology and implementation.The application effect is good,the production and hoisting efficiency of prefabricated concrete canopy components are improved comprehensively,and the hoisting quality is improved.
