Research on Pre-Planning of Resource Allocation for Overseas Construction Projects
At present, most of the overseas projects contracted by Chinese enterprises are located in underdeveloped regions, where resources are relatively scarce.Inadequate pre-planning of resource allocation leads to construction schedule obstruction, construction cost increase, and the economic benefits of the project are not guaranteed from time to time.In order to solve the problem of resource allocation, this paper introduces the main process of pre-planning(pre-bid planning,on-site planning),describes the labor, materials, machinery, management organization, cash flow of the five major aspects of resource allocation work content, and practices it in a project in Bangladesh. The practice shows that the pre-bid budgeting is more reasonable and the project is awarded, the continuous supply of resources during construction is realized, the target of localized development of the enterprise is achieved and the project cost is saved after pre-planning.The relevant experience can provide reference for Chinese enterprises to go global steadily and achieve high-quality development.
