Experimental Study on the Adhesion Performance of Shield Tail Sealing Grease
The adhesion of shield tail sealing grease to metals and mortar is studied.Four testing conditions are selected under(70±2)℃for 24 hours,(70±2)℃for 5 hours,(25±2)℃for 24 hours,and(25±2)℃for 5 hours, and the sag testing methods of GB/T 13477.6 and SH/T 0424 are compared to verify the adhesion of sealing grease to metals. The test results indicate that the testing process using GB/T 13477.6 is not suitable for sealing grease materials;using the SH/T 0424 testing device, clear test results can be obtained under the test conditions of(25±2)℃for 5 hours.Under these conditions,14 types of shield tail sealing grease are tested, and the results show that the hand applied grease has higher adhesion to metals than the pumping type.L9(34)orthogonal experiment is selected to test the influence of oil quality, load holding weight, and load holding time on the adhesion performance between grease and mortar.Through range analysis and analysis of variance,it is proven that the weight of the load has a highly significant impact on the test results, while the load holding time and oil quality have no effect. The final determination of the adhesion test conditions for grease to mortar is 5-10 g of grease,10 kg of load, and 30 s of time.
