Mechanical Performance Study of Skewed Railway Box Culvert Structure
In order to study the mechanical performance and internal force distribution of railway box culvert structure under different oblique angles,7 box culvert models with different oblique angles were established by using finite element software based on an oblique railway box culvert,and the maximum negative bending moments of key parts such as the top of central web,obtuse and acute angle of top slab under different oblique angles were calculated,so as to analyze the variation law with the oblique angle.The results show that:(1)when the orthogonal situation or oblique angle is small,the maximum negative bending moment of the box culvert is at the top slab of the central web.When the oblique angle is further increased,the maximum negative bending moment of the box culvert begins to shift to the obtuse end of the top slab.(2)The maximum negative bending moment at the obtuse end of top slab shows a nonlinear increasing trend with the increase of the oblique angle.(3)The maximum negative bending moment at the top of the central web increases to a certain extent with the increase of the oblique angle,but the overall increase is small.(4)The arrangement and variation law of the maximum shear force on the top slab is similar to that of the maximum negative bending moment.
