Study on Design and Pollution Control of Railway Tank Washing Facilities
With the economic and social development comprehensively transiting to green,the washing facilities of railway tank have gradually developed in the direction of automation and environmental protection.In the design process of a tank washing place,situation of pollutant generation in tank washing operation is considered,facilities such as wastewater reuse,exhaust adsorption and discharge,and solid waste treatment are purposefully designed.The water quality of wastewater after treating meets the requirements of secondary reuse and discharging to municipal pipe network directly,the discharge concentration and rate of exhaust meets the requirements of organized discharge of air pollutant,and the solid waste treatment facilities meets the relevant requirements.The relevant design not only improves the efficiency of production operation,but also systematically solves the problem of substandard discharge of pollutant in tank washing operation.
