Interchange Programmatic Research for Hanjiang Shayang Harbor Diversion Railway
Hanjiang Shayang Harbor Diversion Railway is a local railway invested and constructed by Shayang County in Hubei Province.After the completion of the project,it will be connected to the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Raiway and Shayang Harbor,serving as the evacuation system for the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway and Shayang Port's consolidation system.Combined with the design of Hanjiang Shayang Harbor Diversion Railway,starting with different truck interchange locations and considering self-administration and management by the railway administration,the article conducts in-depth studies for interchange program,takes measurements and calculations in detail for transportation cost,makes economic and technical comparisons of programs,and finally proposes the optimal solution for the management of railway transportation in Shayang Harbor of Hanjiang River.The research ideas and methods will provide a reference for subsequent similar local railway operations management approach and different truck interchange locations.
