基于浆液黏度时变性的竖向裂隙注浆扩散规律研究

针对竖向裂隙注浆扩散机理问题,基于黏度时变性浆液运移规律,构建考虑浆液自重的竖向单裂隙注浆扩散理论模型,推导考虑浆液自重及黏度时变性的竖向裂隙注浆扩散控制方程.研究表明,浆液在竖向裂隙中受自重影响沿裂隙呈椭圆形向四周辐向扩散,而非呈圆形扩散;浆液黏度时变性与注浆压力亦对扩散规律有重要影响,但注浆压力差超过一定范围后对浆液扩散范围影响程度减弱,故在注浆早期浆液黏度较小,可通过调整注浆压力差来控制扩散范围,后期黏度固化反应速率激增,浆液在裂隙内充分扩散的同时,在裂隙面内凝胶形成加固封堵体.本研究结果可为今后竖向裂隙注浆设计提供理论参考.
Research on the Diffusion Law of Vertical Crack Grouting Based on the Time-Varying Viscosity of Slurry
In response to the problem of vertical crack grouting diffusion mechanism,a vertical single crack grouting diffusion theoretical model considering the self weight of the slurry is constructed based on the diffusion law of viscosity time-varying slurry,and the vertical crack grouting diffusion control equation considering the self weight and viscosity time-varying of the slurry is derived.Research has shown that the slurry in vertical cracks is influenced by its own weight and diffuses in an elliptical radial direction along the cracks,rather than in a circular shape.The viscosity time-varying of slurry and grouting pressure also have an important impact on the diffusion law,but the impact on the slurry diffusion range is weakened when the grouting pressure difference exceeds a certain range.Therefore,in the early stage of grouting,the slurry viscosity is small,and the diffusion range can be controlled by adjusting the grouting pressure difference.In the later stage,the viscosity solidification reaction rate increases sharply.While the slurry is fully diffused in the crack,gel forms a reinforced sealing body in the crack surface.The results of this study can provide theoretical reference for the design of vertical crack grouting in the future.
