Temporary Consolidation and Calculation Method for Cantilever Casting of Prestressed Concrete Beams
During the cantilever casting construction of prestressed concrete beams, due to factors such as weight errors in segmental beams, unbalanced casting, construction loads, and wind loads, the unbalanced bending moment during the construction process is caused. It is necessary to set up a temporary consolidation system inside or outside the body during the construction of No.0 block to balance the bending moment. At present, there are two calculation methods of temporary consolidation structure in China. One is to only consider the role of temporary supports, while the other is to consider the role of permanent supports.Based on the calculation approach for the outcome of temporary consolidation failure and taking into account the supporting role of the permanent support, this paper sorts out the force transfer path of pier and beam consolidation, analyzes the failure modes of various temporary consolidation systems, and puts forward the calculation method of the temporary consolidation system.
