Analysis of Mechanical Performance of Flexible Cable-Stayed Bridge with Narrow-Flanged Composite Beams During Construction
In order to study the mechanical performance of composite beam flexible cable-stayed bridge with narrow flange during construction, based on the Huishui River Bridge on Wuhu-Huangshan Expressway,a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was used to analyze the overall stress characteristics, overall stability, and local stability of the bridge during asymmetric construction. The results show that in the process of assembling asymmetrical cantilever, the bridge tower, steel main beam, steel beam and bridge panel have good stress conditions. The overall stability safety factor is 20.60,and the overall stability and safety in the construction stage are good.During the installation of the main girder of the cable-stayed bridge with narrow-flanged steel composite beams, the most unfavorable condition is that the bridge panels of each segment are installed but the wet joints have not been poured. The local stability safety factor is 8.44,but it can still meet the limit requirements of the standard elastic stability safety factor 4.0.
