高速铁路螺杆桩质量检测技术应用研究

螺杆桩是一种直杆段与螺纹段相组合的异型桩体,通过螺纹对桩周土体进行挤压加密,成桩后部分土体形成螺纹,彼此相互咬合使螺杆桩抗压及抗拔承载力显著提高.螺杆桩具有施工工艺简单、造价低、承载能力强、环保效果好等优点,在高速铁路路基地基处理中得到广泛应用.通过对路基工程螺杆桩质量检测技术进行研究总结,提出采用低应变反射波法因直杆段与螺旋段分界、螺旋段以下桩身截面变化等复杂因素会对判识结果产生一定影响;现场检测应根据低应变检测结果,对有异议桩增加取芯检验、开挖验证、静载荷试验等.同时对螺杆桩检测前、检测中、检测后提出了质量控制措施,以保障工程整体质量安全.
Research on Application of Screw Pile Quality Detection Technology in High-Speed Railway
The screw pile is a kind of irregular pile with the combination of the straight bar and the spiral section.The soil around the pile is compressed and encrypted by the screw thread,and part of the soil around the pile forms the screw thread,the bearing capacity of screw pile under compression and pull-out is improved remarkably.The screw pile has the advantages of simple construction technology,low cost,strong bearing capacity and good environmental protection effect,and are widely used in the treatment of high-speed railway subgrade foundation.Through the research and summary of the quality inspection technology for screw piles in roadbed engineering,it is proposed that the use of low strain reflection wave method will have a certain impact on the identification results due to complex factors such as the boundary between the straight and spiral sections,and changes in the section of the pile below the spiral section.On site testing should be based on the results of low strain testing,and core testing,excavation verification,and static load testing should be added to piles with objections.At the same time,the quality control measures are put forward before,during and after the screw pile testing,so as to ensure the overall quality and safety of the project.
