隧道掘进爆破方案自动化分区设计系统研究

传统的钻爆法隧道施工中,爆破方案的设计流程复杂,对设计人员的爆破经验要求高.依托潍坊抽水蓄能电站交通洞工程,采用理论公式、计算机编程和现场试验的方法,开展了隧道掘进爆破方案自动化分区设计系统研究.系统主要分为输入模块、计算模块和输出模块三个部分.输入模块中主要是爆破方案设计时必须考虑的参数,具体有隧道轮廓线、作业台架、炸药性质和岩石坚固性系数等参数.计算模块中提出多种考虑岩石坚固性系数和炸药性质计算爆破设计参数的方法,具体包括炮孔孔距、排距和装药量等计算方法.系统在交通洞试验段应用后,提高了现场的爆破开挖效果,验证了其可行性.
Research on Automatic Zoning Design System of Tunnel Excavation Blasting Scheme
In the traditional drill-blasting method of tunnel construction,the design process of blasting scheme is complex,which requires high blasting experience of designers.Based on the traffic tunnel project of Weifang Pumped Storage Power Station,the automatic zoning design system of tunneling blasting scheme is studied by means of theoretical formula,computer programming and field test.The system is mainly divided into three parts:input module,calculation module and output module.The input module is mainly the parameters that must be considered in the design of blasting scheme,including tunnel contour line,working bench,explosive properties and competent coefficient of rock.In the calculation module,a variety of methods are proposed to calculate the blasting design parameters considering competent coefficient of rock and explosive properties,including the calculation methods of hole spacing,row spacing and charge mass.After the application of the system in the traffic tunnel test section,the blasting excavation effect of the site is improved,and its feasibility is verified.
