钢结构建筑物独立基础与钢柱的锚固方式常规采用预埋锚栓连接,柱脚锚栓的预埋精度直接影响钢柱及上部结构的整体垂直度、平面弯曲等位置偏差,是钢结构安装施工中至关重要的控制环节.由于预埋锚栓在独立基础内部悬空安装,锚栓定位及加固具有很大的技术难度,传统的施工方法耗费大量辅助筋,存在周期长、工效低、现场焊接量大、锚栓施焊降低受力性能等弊端.为解决传统工艺瓶颈,通过装备革新,研发出独立基础预埋锚栓新型定位装置(获专利),并阐述其设计、制作、施工关键技术;实践表明:这种预埋锚栓定位新技术,定位装置可周转通用,锚栓预埋精度高、稳固可靠,并简化了工序、降低了成本,从根本上保证钢结构的安装质量.
The Positioning Technology and Innovation of Independent Foundation Column Base Pre-Embedded Anchor Bolts
The anchoring method between the independent foundation and steel columns in steel structure buildings typically involves the use of pre-embedded anchor bolts.The precision of the pre-embedded anchor bolts at the column base directly affects the overall verticality,planar bending,and other positional deviations of the steel columns and the superstructure,making it a crucial control aspect in the installation and construction of steel structures.Due to the suspended installation of pre-embedded anchor bolts within the independent foundation,the positioning and reinforcement of anchor bolts present significant technical challenges.Traditional construction methods consume a large amount of auxiliary reinforcement,resulting in disadvantages such as long cycles,low work efficiency,high volume of onsite welding,and reduced load-bearing performance due to welding of the anchor bolts.To address the bottlenecks of traditional processes,a new positioning device for pre-embedded anchor bolts in independent foundations,which has been patented,has been developed through equipment innovation.Additionally,the key construction techniques involved in its design,fabrication,and construction have been elaborated.Practical application has shown that this new technology for the positioning of pre-embedded anchor bolts allows for the positioning device to be commonly reused,achieves high precision in pre-embedding the anchor bolts,provides stability and reliability,and simplifies processes and reduces costs,fundamentally ensuring the installation quality of steel structures.
