Developing Beidou Satellite Technology in Civil Engineering Application and Outlook
In recent years,with the continuous progress of technology,information technology has been widely applied in the field of civil engineering.The Beidou satellite navigation system,as a leading technology independently developed by China,has played an important role in the development of transportation,disaster relief and reduction,intelligent construction,and other fields.Firstly,a brief overview of the current status,characteristics,and advantages of Beidou satellite technology was provided.Secondly,its application in civil engineering was elaborated in detail,such as real-time monitoring and precise positioning,and its important role in improving engineering quality and efficiency was emphasized.At the same time,by studying data standards,monitoring accuracy,cost and other issues,the challenges faced in civil engineering were analyzed.Finally,the prospects of Beidou satellite technology in civil engineering are proposed from the aspects of accuracy improvement,data fusion,and safety warning.
