摘要
随着城市轨道交通系统的日益复杂化和乘客需求的不断增长,构建高效、智能的指挥中心大数据云平台成为提升运营效率和服务质量的关键.以某城市轨道交通线网为例,设计了一种轨道交通线网指挥中心大数据云平台,以满足城市轨道交通各类业务系统运营及维护的需要.实际应用表明:通过该大数据云平台对决策数据的统计与逻辑分析,能够真实全面地展现地铁运营情况,为管理者提供科学可靠的决策;大数据云平台为各类运营管理人员提供实时、精确、全面的技术支持,提升运营精细化管理,并能够提供行车组织、客流疏导、客流预测、设备运行模式控制、能耗监控、运营人员管理、突发事件应急等;通过大数据云平台,能够全面提高城市轨道交通运维体系和健康管理水平,减少误修、过修现象,减少维修成本,提高维修效率和质量,展示了云计算与大数据技术在现代城市轨道交通管理中的强大应用潜力.
Abstract
With the increasing complexity of the urban rail transit system and the increasing demand of passengers,the construction of an efficient and intelligent command center big data cloud platform has become the key to improving operational efficiency and service quality.Taking an urban rail transit network as an example,a big data cloud platform for the command center of the rail transit line network is designed to meet the needs of the operation and maintenance of various business systems of urban rail transit.The practical application shows that through the statistical and logical analysis of the decision-making data of the big data cloud platform,the subway operation can be truly and comprehensively displayed,and scientific and reliable decision-making can be provided for managers.The big data cloud platform provides real-time,accurate and comprehensive technical support for all kinds of operation and management personnel,improves the refined management of operations,and can provide driving organization,passenger flow guidance,passenger flow prediction,equipment operation mode control,energy consumption monitoring,operation personnel management,emergency response,etc.Through the big data cloud platform,it can comprehensively improve the operation and maintenance system and health management level of urban rail transit,reduce the phenomenon of misrepair and overrepair,cut down maintenance costs,improve maintenance efficiency and quality,and demonstrate the strong application potential of cloud computing and big data technology in modern urban rail transit management.
