Design of Horizontal Position Detection Equipment for the Bolt Group and Nut of Overhead Contact System Pillars
The operation of high-speed railway passenger dedicated lines requires extremely high installation accuracy of the overhead contact system pillars.At present,rework is often carried out due to the nuts of the overhead contact system pillars not being leveled,resulting in the slope of the pillars not meeting the requirements.This article provides a horizontal position detection device for the bolt group and nut of the overhead contact system to solve the problems of low manual measurement accuracy and significant impact on construction results.Through this detection device,simultaneous detection and leveling of multiple horizontal positions of nuts have been achieved.Simulation and experimental results have shown that the optimization scheme of this structure has better measurement accuracy compared to traditional detection boards,and the horizontal measurement error rate has been reduced by 73.91%.
