Adaptive Modification and Practice of the Application and Maintenance of CR200J Power-Centralized Multiple Units in EMU Depots
In order to further promote the development strategy of"transportation power,railway first",the National Railway Group vigorously promotes the power-centralized EMU(CR200J)to replace the current K/T prefix general speed trains.Due to the significant differences in maintenance and management between centralized power EMU and traditional distributed power EMU,railway bureaus need to adapt the maintenance equipment and facilities.In this paper,the emergency renovation project of Zhengzhou Wulipu EMU depot is taken as an example,and the management and maintenance mode,maintenance technical standard,standardized key equipment configuration and adaptive transformation scheme of the CR200J EMU are discussed.The research results can effectively guide the design,construction and operation of EMU depot for power-centralized EMU,and promote the gradual transformation of the integration of locomotive and vehicle from the integration of equipment and facilities to the deep integration of management mode,which is of great significance for improving the quality of railway facilities,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and improving the operation and maintenance level and development of railway vehicles.
