城市轨道交通装饰安装工程施工用电,传统开关柜的设计在这潮湿和多尘的施工环境中容易发生控制异常,导致设备损坏和安全隐患.为此,提出了一种新型低压开关柜系统,包含开关柜模块、开关控制模块、供电检测模块和异常控制模块.该系统能够检测和判断开关柜模块的工作状态,并在控制异常时及时断开供电回路,从而避免异常供电.新系统设计具备良好的容错性,能有效提升施工安全性,减少设备损坏和人员受伤的风险,具有较高的应用和推广价值.
System Design of a New Type of Low-Voltage Switch Cabinet
In terms of the construction electricity for urban rail transit decoration projects,traditional switch cabinet designs are prone to control anomalies in such a humid and dusty construction environment,leading to equipment damage and safety hazards.To address this,a new low-voltage switch cabinet system is proposed,comprising a switch cabinet module,a switch control module,a power supply detection module,and an anomaly control module.This system can detect and determine the operating status of the switch cabinet module and promptly disconnect the power supply circuit in case of control anomalies,thus preventing abnormal power supply.The new system design has good fault tolerance,effectively enhances construction safety,reduces the risk of equipment damage and personal injury,and has high application and promotion value.
