随着城市轨道交通建设的快速发展,对地铁车站等场所的吊顶高度测量精度和效率提出了更高要求.本文提出了一种新型的吊顶高度测量装置,旨在解决现有技术中使用卷尺测量时存在的操作不便和需要多人协同的问题.本装置的工作原理是利用伸缩件和吸盘固定底板,通过转动螺纹杆带动第二连接板和水平板移动,实现对吊顶高度的直接读数.该装置的设计不仅提高了测量效率,还保证了测量结果的准确性,避免了传统点对点测量对吊顶平面的影响,具有广泛的应用前景.
System Design of a Novel Ceiling Height Measurement Device
With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction,higher demands have been placed on the measurement accuracy and efficiency of ceiling heights in places such as subway stations.This paper proposes a novel ceiling height measurement device,aimed at solving the problems of inconvenient operation and the need for multiple people to cooperate when using a tape measure in existing technologies.The working principle of this device is to utilize a telescopic piece and suction cups to fix the base plate,and by rotating the threaded rod,it drives the second connecting plate and the horizontal plate to move,achieving direct reading of the ceiling height.The design of this device not only improves measurement efficiency but also ensures the accuracy of the measurement results,avoiding the impact of traditional point-to-point measurement on the ceiling plane,and has a broad application prospect.
