Complete Sets of Equipment and Key Technologies for Cantilever Assembly Construction of Steel-Concrete Composite Girders Across Existing Lines
Aiming at the problems faced by the cantilever assembly of steel-concrete composite girders on the cable-stayed bridge across Xiangyang North Formation Station of the Xiangyang Inner Ring Road,such as the lack of reference experience in new materials,high safety risk of cross-business line construction,difficulty in coordinated operation of multiple equipment,and tight operation time at the'skylight point',the company carried out research in terms of new materials,equipment and technology,and put forward the technology of stabilizing the rust layer on the surface of weathering steel to improve its corrosion and rust resistance;developed full-rotation bridge crane,self-propelled protective shed,lifting station and a full set of girder carts for suspension and splicing equipment,formed the key technology of steel-concrete composite girder suspension and splicing construction and solved the problem of overhead suspension and splicing operation on the complex business line.At the same time,the synchronized construction technology of tower girder and the fast decoupling technology of steel girder on the business line were formed,and the consolidation time of steel main girder was reduced from 15 h to 2 h,which saved the overall project period of 2 months,and the work efficiency was remarkable.At present,the bridge has been opened for operation,and its experience and key technology of cantilever assembly of steel-concrete composite girders can provide reference for the design and construction of similar bridges in the future.
