Design Innovation and Key Construction Technology of High-Speed Railway Concrete Beam Cable-Stayed Bridge Cable Hanging Basket
In view of the heavy weight of large segments,the difficulty of assembling and lifting the cable hanging basket and the low ergonomic efficiency of cantilever construction of the main girder of the Zhongxiang Hanjiang Grand Bridge(60+78+270+78+60)m double-tower double-cable-faced concrete cable-stayed bridge on Wuhan-Shenzhen High-speed Railway,through the systematic innovative design of the cable hanging basket,the thrust-stop corbel hydraulic traversing device,the precise positioning device of the thrust block embedded parts,the separable cable hanging basket side mold and the adjustable cable hanging basket walking reverse roller set were developed to improve the efficiency of the cable hanging basket in place.The sliding lifting technology of off-site assembly of the cable hanging basket had been developed,which realized the synchronous operation of cast-in-situ and cable hanging basket assembly of 1#segments,and shortened the process time.The multi-process synchronous operation technology of suspension and pouring of the cable hanging basket was developed,and the off-site overall prefabricated hoisting technology of the integral hoisting under the segmental reinforcement beam and the overall hoisting process of the pre-assembled bracket under the inner mold beam were adopted to realize the synchronous operation of the multi-process cantilever construction of the cable hanging basket,and the construction quality and construction ergonomics were improved.
