高速铁路900t箱梁高位落梁施工关键技术研究

六景郁江特大桥为南玉铁路全线的控制性工程,主桥斜拉桥边跨大小里程均与 32.6 m简支箱梁相接.简支箱梁架设与斜拉桥主梁边跨张拉施工产生冲突,为避免因此产生停工,从而造成总体施工组织调整等方面影响,需进行专项技术研究.通过理论分析、工程验证等手段,对高速铁路32.6 m箱梁高位落梁施工关键技术进行了系统研究,通过设置墩顶临时落梁支架体系,实现32.6 m简支箱梁的临时存放,张拉工序前后,设置墩外顶落梁格构式支架系统,利用4 台450 t智能同步控制千斤顶,实现梁体的顶升、降落,施工便捷、安全、高效,为以后类似的工程施工提供良好的借鉴作用.
Research on Key Technology of High Falling Beam Construction of 900 Tons Box Girder for High-Speed Railway
The Liujing Yujiang Grand Bridge is a controlling project for the entire Nanning-Yulin High-speed Railway line.The main cable-stayed bridge has spans that connect to 32.6 m simply supported box girders.Due to conflicts arising from the installation of simply supported box girders during the construction of the cable-stayed bridge's main girder,in order to avoid work stoppages and subsequent impacts on overall construction organization,it is necessary to conduct specialized technical research.The key construction technology of high-speed railway 32.6 m box girder high falling beam was systematically studied through theoretical analysis,engineering verification,etc.Temporary falling beam support systems were set up on the pier top to temporarily store 32.6 m simply supported box girders.Before and after the tensioning process,lattice structure support systems of top and falling beams were set up on the outside of the pier,utilizing four 450 t intelligent synchronized control jacks to achieve lifting and lowering of the girders,making construction convenient,safe,and efficient.This serves as a good reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
