摘要

既有铁路道岔梁换梁施工一般具有工程现场条件极为复杂、空间局限性、安全要求极高等特点,结合新建成都南联络右线特大桥道岔现浇梁施工,分析梁体支架系统各种工况下安全性及平移过程中同步性控制,并对连续梁现浇及平移全过程操作要点进行重点管控,保证施工过程及既有铁路运营过程安全;研究分析复杂环境下的既有铁路桥梁改进技术及平移施工组织,对于提高运营安全指标、技术安全可靠度、施工安全管控能力有着重要意义,可为后续工程提供借鉴价值.

Abstract

In general,the construction of replacing turnout beam with existing railway turnout beam has the characteristics of extremely complex site conditions,space limitation and extremely high safety requirements.Combined with the construction of cast-in-place beams for the turnout of the newly built Chengdu South Link Right Line Extra Large Bridge,this article analyzes the safety of the beam support system under various working conditions and the synchronous control during the translation process,and emphatically controls the key operation points in the whole process of the cast-in-place and translation of the continuous beam to ensure the safety of the construction process and existing railway operation process;the study and analysis of the improvement technology and translation construction organization of existing railway bridges in complex environments are of significant importance for improving operational safety indicators,technical safety reliability,and construction safety control capabilities,and can provide reference value for follow-up projects.
