基于EPS板减载技术的高填方涵洞受力特性研究

在涵洞-填土相互作用机理的研究基础上,分析高填方涵洞减载法的减载机制,并通过有限元软件,对常规填土和采用EPS板工况下的模拟结果进行对比分析,研究了EPS材料的减荷特性及减荷后涵洞土压力和位移的变化规律.结果表明:EPS板能够显著减小涵顶与涵侧的土压力,涵顶土压力为土柱压力的 0.42 倍(其中EPS板厚 10 cm);EPS板施工的涵洞两侧土压力系数为0.17,同时可以使得侧向土压力显著减小;通过采用EPS减载技术,使得涵洞土体变形和基底压力都有所改善,研究成果为工程设计与施工提供了有效的指导和参考依据.
Study on the Mechanical Characteristics of High-Filled Soil Culverts Based on the Load Reduction Technology of Using EPS Boards
Based on revelation of the interaction mechanism between the culvert and the filled soil,the paper analyzed the principle of the culvert load reduction method,compared the simulation results of the finite element software for two working conditions of the conventional fill and the EPS board,and investigated the load reduction characteristics of the EPS material and revealed the changing rule for pressure and displacement of the culvert soil after load reduction.The results show that the EPS board can significantly reduce the soil pressure on the top and sides of the culvert,and the soil pressure on the top of the culvert is 0.42 times of the soil column pressure(the thickness of EPS board is10 cm);the coefficient of the lateral soil pressure for the culvert with EPS board is 0.17,and the EPS board can also reduce the lateral earth pressure effectively;the deformation of the culvert soil and the pressure to the base bottom can be improved by adopting the EPS load reduction technology.The results of this research can provide effective guidance for designs and constructions of relative engineering projects.
