膨胀土地铁超深基坑施工结构变形特性及控制技术研究

膨胀土地区由于土层膨胀性强、地下水位高等特点,在地铁基坑施工过程中结构变形问题更加突出,严重影响着施工安全与工程质量.因此,结合成都某膨胀土地层地铁超深基坑项目,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,分析了该超深基坑施工围护桩的桩身水平位移变化情况,探究了不同施工参数下围护桩的水平位移变化,并提出了相应的变形控制技术.结果表明:围护桩在14m深度范围内产生了较大的水平位移增量,桩身水平位移曲线整体呈现出两端小、中间大的"弓"形;围护桩的桩径取1.2 m,嵌固深度取3.5m且深基坑采用两端向中间合拢施工技术,围护桩采用旋挖钻干法成孔施工既能较大幅度减小桩身水平位移,又能节约成本,提高工程效益.
Research on Deformation Characteristics and Control Technology of Construction Structure of Expansive Soil Subway Ultra-Deep Foundation Pit
Due to the strong soil expansion and high groundwater level in expansive soil areas,structural deformation problems become more prominent during subway foundation pit construction,seriously affecting construction safety and engineering quality.Therefore,in combination with a subway ultra deep foundation pit project in an expansive soil layer in Chengdu,a method combining numerical simulation and on-site measurement was used to analyze the horizontal displacement changes of the retaining pile body in the ultra-deep foundation pit construction.The horizontal displacement changes of the retaining pile under different construction parameters were explored,and corresponding deformation control techniques were proposed.The results showed that the retaining pile generated a significant increase in horizontal displacement within a depth range of 14 meters,and the overall horizontal displacement curve of the pile body showed a"bow"shape with small ends and large middle.The diameter of the retaining pile is taken as 1.2 m,the embedded depth is taken as 3.5 m,and the deep foundation pit adopts the construction technology of closing from both ends to the middle.The retaining pile adopts the dry drilling method of rotary drilling to form holes,which can significantly reduce the horizontal displacement of the pile body,save costs,and improve engineering efficiency.
