轮式工程试车跑道施工技术及优化设计研究

当前,试车跑道成为汽车行业创新和研发的关键一环,为电动汽车、自动驾驶和其他新技术提供了试验场所.随着汽车工业的不断发展,试车跑道在确保车辆品质和安全性方面的作用愈加重要.然而,针对轮式工程机械的试车跑道研究相对较少,这一领域的试车需求与乘用汽车不同,涉及更高的负荷、更复杂的地形和多样的测试要求.本文依托长沙中联重科工程项目,重点分析了6 种异形特殊试车跑道结构与施工顺序、材料及技术标准控制,以及异形面层结构设计优化及施工关键技术.相关研究可为类似轮式工程试车场设计和建设提供参考.
Research on Construction Techniques and Optimized Design for Wheeled Engineering Test Tracks
Currently,test tracks have become a critical component in the automotive industry's innovation and research,providing a proving ground for electric vehicles,autonomous driving,and other new technologies.As the automotive industry continues to evolve,test tracks play an increasingly important role in ensuring vehicle quality and safety.However,research on test tracks for wheeled engineering machinery is relatively limited,as this field has distinct requirements compared to passenger vehicles,involving heavier loads,more complex terrains,and diverse testing demands.This paper,based on the Zoomlion Industry project in Changsha,focuses on the analysis of six types of unique special test track structures and construction sequences,material and technical standard control,as well as the optimization of special surface structure design and key construction techniques.This research can serve as a reference for the design and construction of similar wheeled engineering test tracks.
