Research on the Lifting and Correction Technology of Settlement and Deviation of Ballastless Track
Track settlement can lead to unstable train operation,thereby affecting train safety.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the problem of settlement and deviation of ballastless tracks in the K2151+806~K2151+850 section of the Ganzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway,and proposes a complete set of track lifting construction process and effective track rectification method of using polymer grouting lifting technology to lift the settled ballastless tracks,and using"air cushion lifting+mechanical lateral pushing"overall rectification technology to correct the deviation of the deviated ballastless tracks.The effect of track lifting and rectification technology is verified through drilling cores and analyzing the linearity before and after track rectification.The results show that the settlement grouting lifting technology for ballastless track has played a role in strengthening the roadbed soil,and the smoothness of the ballastless track after correction and lifting has been significantly improved.This study can not only provide experience for the treatment of diseases in similar engineering projects,but also provide guidance for the design,construction,and monitoring reinforcement of railway engineering.
