结合郑徐铁路客运专线项目桥多、桥长、墩高及沿线交通网络复杂的特点,针对CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道施工物流组织困难的问题,依据各相关施工工序,分多种物流组织工况对其进行了优化分析,并研发了配套的应用工装(一种能够快速平稳跨越障碍的工具车),增强了物料运输设备的运用效率,提升了各工序的施工效率,保障了施工质量,进一步完善了CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道施工工艺,取得了良好的社会和经济效益,以期为同类工程提供借鉴和参考.
Research on Logistics Organization for Construction of Slate Ballastless Track on Long Bridges in Complex Traffic Environment
The article combines the characteristics of multiple bridges,long bridges,high piers,and complex transportation networks along the Zhengzhou-Xuzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line project.In response to the difficulties in logistics organization during the construction of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track,various logistics organization conditions were optimized and analyzed based on each construction process,and a matching application fixture(a tool vehicle that can quickly and smoothly overcome obstacles)was developed.The utilization efficiency of material transportation equipment has been enhanced,the construction efficiency of each process has been improved,the construction quality has been guaranteed,and the construction technology of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track has been further improved,achieving good social and economic benefits,with a view to providing reference for similar projects.
