Strength Homogenization Issue and Improvement of Cement-Soil Mixing Pile Body
Cement-soil mixing pile has been introduced into China for more than 40 years,and has gone through different stages of digestion,absorption and re-innovation,and has become one of the main forms of soft soil foundation reinforcement in China.However,there is still a problem of uneven strength of the pile body in practical application,which is difficult to meet the requirements of high-quality and sustainable development of soft soil treatment engineering.This article analyzes the influence of indoor testing methods,survey and design techniques,construction techniques,and effect evaluation methods on the homogenization of cement-soil mixing piles.It proposes a testing method using multi-layer differential strata and new technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data to achieve real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of key parameters during the construction process of cement soil mixing piles,thereby improving the homogenization and intelligence level of their pile strength.
