吸力桶导管架基础沉贯关键技术研究

随着海上风机建设向着大型化、深水化发展,同时兼具安装和承载力优势的四桶吸力式导管架基础逐渐进入人们的视野,但截至目前,吸力桶导管架尚未拥有成熟的设计与施工技术,施工过程缺乏规范性指导文件.以某海上风电场为例,以实际计算与数据分析为基,深入分析施工过程中存在的技术难点,配置所需的各项船机物资,结合数据采集、过程回溯反演的方法与手段对吸力桶施工沉贯过程控制关键技术展开专题研究,并得出采用该种方式可有效节约项目成本、实现海上风电数据可视化的结论.
Research on Key Technology of Suction Bucket Jacket Foundation Penetration
With the development of offshore fan construction towards large-scale and deep-water,the four-bucket suction jacket foundation with both installation and bearing capacity advantages has gradually entered people's field of vision,but up to now,the suction bucket jacket has not yet had mature design and construction technology,and the construction process lacks normative guidance documents.Taking an offshore wind farm as the background,based on actual calculation and data,this paper deeply analyzes the technical difficulties existing in the construction process,assigns the required ship and machinery materials,and conducts a special study on the key technologies involved in the construction and penetration process of suction bucket by combining the methods and technical means of data collection and process backtracking and inversion.It is concluded that this method can effectively save project cost and realize data visualization of offshore wind power.
