With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,tunnel construction is moving towards ultra long and large sections,and the quality control of concrete used in the construction of such tunnels is crucial,intelligent mechanized construction technology has become an urgent need for future construction.In the construction of Huajiashan Tunnel of Xi'an-Ankang High-speed Railway,we adhere to the principle of'safety first,quality first',implement the management concept of'tooling ensures technology,technology ensures quality,and quality ensures safety',and adopt intelligent methods instead of conventional ones and mechanization instead of manual labor.Through the joint application of fully automatic 3D scanners,intelligent mixing stations,intelligent lining trolleys,and intelligent maintenance trolleys,as well as various new technology assisted joint monitoring methods,the quality of concrete construction is ensured,which provides a good reference for the implementation of concrete engineering in ultra long and large section tunnels in the future.
