Research on Construction of BIM-Based Digital Twins in Four-Electricity Construction Blockade of Existing Railway Lines
The four-electricity construction blockade of existing railway lines is a difficult and painful point in railway engineering.The main reason is that the construction blockade can not be practiced ahead of time,and some unfavorable factors can not be found ahead of time.Blockade failures often occur.In order to improve the construction efficiency and punctuality rate when the blockade is opened,this study focuses on BIM and digital twin technology as its core,combines cloud technology and WEB technology,and proposes a BIM-based digital twinning construction method for existing railway four-electricity construction blockade,which provides a basis for project managers to make decisions through intuitive and multi-dimensional data information,the digital management and control integration of personnel,materials,safety,quality,schedule and cost can be realized,and the three-layer architecture of physical layer,data layer and cloud layer is designed.Accurately mapping the physical data of the four-electricity construction blockade site on the existing railway line and the information data modeled using BIM technology between virtual and real,a shared digital twin is formed,which effectively solves the problem of insufficient forecast and 'unexpected' situation,accurately controls the project schedule,safety,quality,cost,ensures the smooth on-time opening,and lays a foundation for realizing the digitization of project transfer,operation and maintenance,building and maintenance integration.
