Study of Design Schemes Comparison for Main Bridge of Hemaxi Grand Bridge on Zhuhai-Zhaoqing High-Speed Railway
The main bridge of Hemaxi Grand Bridge is a large-span ballastless track bridge of high-speed railway, crossing a navigation channel and is affected by airport clearance limit, which limits the structural height of the bridge.Considering the construction conditions at the bridge site, three design schemes were comprehensively analyzed and compared:a partial cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 290 m hybrid girder,a cable-stayed bridge with steel box-truss composite girder, and a cable-stayed bridge with concrete slab-steel truss composite girder. The analysis and comparison focused on structural stress, stiffness and deformation control, dynamic performance, economy, construction difficulty and maintenance during operation. The results show that the technical indicators of the three schemes can meet design codes, the cable-stayed bridge with concrete slab-steel truss composite girder is more cost-effective than the cable-stayed bridge with steel box-truss composite girder, while the partial cable-stayed bridge with hybrid girder has the greater stiffness and most cost-effectiveness,making it the recommended scheme.
