摘要

为解决平原及微丘区修建高速公路缺土严重、占用耕地规模大的难题,G0321 德(德州)上(上饶)高速公路合纵段积极落实绿色公路建造理念,在安徽省新建高速公路中首次大规模应用由预应力混凝土管桩和预制钢筋混凝土板组成的框架体系桩板式路基.结合工程案例及施工实践,全面介绍新型路基结构设计及施工关键技术,并提出指导性施工质量评定标准,为装配化桩板式路基进一步发展提供阶段性总结及技术参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of severe soil shortage and large-scale occupation of farmland in the construction of expressways in plain and micro hilly areas,the G0321 Dezhou-Shangrao Expressway Joint Section actively implements the concept of green highway construction,and for the first time in Anhui,a frame system pile plate subgrade composed of prestressed concrete pipe piles and precast reinforced concrete slabs has been widely applied in the construction of new expressways.Based on engineering cases and construction practices,this paper comprehensively introduces the design and key construction technologies of the new type of roadbed structure,and proposes guiding construction quality evaluation standards,providing a phased summary and technical reference for the further development of prefabricated pile slab roadbed.
